TCES is looking to establish a new (minimum) 40 pupil Independent Day School in North West London to cater for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The School will be opened in phased stages. The first site in NW10 will take 20 pupils from September 2008. The second stage is planned to open in early to mid 2009 with further sites to follow.
We are looking for a Head teacher who has the vision to establish and expand the school over the next three years.
You should have significant previous experience of managing and developing a whole school team, as well as the ability to develop an innovative and creative curriculum across key stages 3 and 4. You must share the Company's commitment to the Every Child Matters agenda and be pro-active in following the Company's Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies. An ability to develop strong relationships with local authorities and a good commercial awareness are essential.
