TC Education Services is opening a new registered special school in the London Borough of Brent in September 2008 to cater for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in the North West London area. The school will offer access to the full national curriculum as well as a range of enrichment activities which are a highly valued feature of the provision. Pupils will have the opportunity to attain accreditation in a number subjects through a range of awards as well as the opportunity to study at GCSE level.
We are looking for a Senior Teacher to start in September 2008 or earlier. The role involves leading on formulation of schemes of work and supporting other teaching staff in the development of lesson plans and the identification and use of teaching resources. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to play a key role in the development of a creative and academic curriculum for SEBD pupils at Key Stage 3/4. You will need to be able to lead others and model good teaching and learning strategies.
TC Education Services offer an extensive training and development programme to all staff including 5 personal development days per year and a comprehensive induction programme.
